1. Are there restrictions on which groups / individuals may reserve the facility?

Yes. The Pastoral Centers are the property of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston and as such are to primarily meet the pastoral and educational needs of the Bishop and the Diocese. Recognizing that this is the primary focus of the Pastoral Centers, we do offer available accommodations to tax-exempt / non-profit organizations who can provide us with their Federal ID number upon making a reservation. Preference for reserving dates is made with the following schema in mind:

· Diocesan Use
· Parish and Parish Affiliated Groups and Organizations
· Other Dioceses and Religious Communities
· Ecumenical Use
· Community & Service Organizations
